Offensive Rookie of the Week:

Colston Loveland - TE / Chicago Bears

Defensive Rookie of the Week:

Maxwell Hairston - CB/Buffalo Bills

Quarterback

Jaxson Dart / NYG (Round 1)

Dart was responsible for all three scores in the Giants’ home loss against the Niners. He had two through the air and one on the ground in addition to leading the rookies with 191 passing yards. Dart’s 56 rushing yards led the rookie quarterbacks as well and finished second league wide.

Honorable Mention: Tyler Shough / NO

Running Back

Kyle Monangai / CHI (Round 7)

A newcomer to the All Rookie team, the 233rd pick in the draft nearly doubled his season total in rushing yards with 176, a season-high for the Bears. Over 100 of those came after contact and he also added 22 yards as a receiver. Monangai currently ranks fourth in the NFL with 5.3 yards per carry.

Honorable Mention: Ashton Jeanty / LV

Wide Receiver

Tory Horton / SEA (Round 5)

Seattle jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead in Washington with both scores coming out of the hands of Sam Darnold and into the hands of Horton. He led all rookie receivers with 48 receiving yards and tied for the lead with four catches and three first downs. All of this production came in the first 35 minutes of the game clock.

Honorable Mention: Chimere Dike / TEN

Tight End

Colston Loveland / CHI (Round 1)

The first tight end taken in last April's draft has had a hard time finding his flow early in his rookie year. He has quality starter Cole Kmet residing in front of him on the depth chart and the looks simply have not been there. With this year’s rookie tight end class dominating the NFL right now, Chicago fans were wondering when his time would come. Well, with Kmet sidelined we saw the breakout performance. Loveland led all rookies with 118 yards and two touchdowns, including the 58-yard game winner when he took multiple hits and outran the secondary to the end zone. His six catches and first downs led the group as well.

Honorable Mention: Oronde Gadsen II / LAC

Offensive Tackle

Will Campbell / NE (Round 1)

The surprisingly strong Atlanta pass rush was yet another test for Campbell after the near-impossible one he took last week against Myles Garrett, This time around he kept everyone off Drake Maye in the passing game (zero QB hits) and graded well in the run game for the red hot Patriots who are seventh in the league in scoring.

Honorable Mention: Kelvin Banks Jr. / NO

Guard/Center

Dylan Fairchild / CIN (Round 3)

The Bengals offensive line, one of the worst in football over the last five years, has subtly steadied the ship. Dylan Fairchild is an ascending player who can be trusted on an island in pass protection. On 53 pass block snaps, he allowed just one pressure which helped Joe Flacco drop back and throw the ball downfield over and over.

Honorable Mention: Tyler Booker / DAL

Edge

Jalon Walker / ATL (Round 1)

The project Atlanta is currently working on to create the ideal role for Jalon Walker is starting to blossom. He broke out in New England with four pressures, two sacks, and a forced fumble in addition to three stops against the run. He is winning with a quick first step and closing burst that plays violent.

Honorable Mention: Donovan Ezeiruaku / DAL

Defensive Tackle

Walter Nolen / ARI (Round 1)

Nolen was the only 2025 first round pick who had not seen the field this season as he recovered from a lower body injury. It didn’t take long for him to make an impact on a national stage in Dallas. He finished with four tackles, a tackle for loss, and a six-yard sack showing how much of an every down threat he can be.

Honorable Mention: Tyleik Williams / DET

Linebacker

Barrett Carter / CIN (Round 4)

Carter led all rookies with nine tackles and he also broke up a pass for the Bengals defense that has been mightily struggling. There isn’t much to be happy about, especially on that side of the ball, but the trade of Logan Wilson to the Cowboys further opens the door for Carter to take the lead of this room. He looks the part and has been producing from all angles.

Honorable Mention: Teddye Buchanan / BAL

Cornerback

Maxwell Hairston / BUF (Round 1)

The achilles heel of the Bills Super Bowl hopes has always been on the defensive side of the ball despite Head Coach Sean McDermott coming from that side of the ball. Their 24.6 points allowed per playoff game since 2020 (and 33.6 points allowed in playoff losses) ranks number one in the NFL. Kansas City in particular has owned Buffalo in the playoffs. With potential home field advantage on the line, The Bills beat the Chiefs by seven. Hairston’s interception in the fourth quarter on a ball intended for deep threat Xavier Worthy was the nail in the coffin for Buffalo’s huge win. He was steady all game but the big play when it mattered most is a good sign for a team that could get over the hump this postseason if their defense maintains this level of play.

Honorable Mention: Quincy Riley / NO

Safety

Malaki Starks / BAL (Round 1)

Starks picked off his first pass in the fourth quarter on a deep ball from Tua Tagovailoa to put the nail in the coffin for their Thursday night win on the road. He also added five tackles without any misses, providing a level of steadiness on the back end they have lacked for most of the year.

Honorable Mention: Nick Emmanwori / SEA
