1. Jackson Jr., Darrell

Florida State - 6050 / 337

Three year starter, Havana, FL. Honorable mention All-ACC in 2024. Transferred from Miami in 2023 after starting for the Hurricanes in 2022. Has ideal strength and size for an interior defender. Plays nose tackle aligning as a 0 technique but also plays 1, 2 and 2i techniques. Quick get off for his size with incredible power engaging blocks. Has a quick strike and can stack and shed working to the ball inline. Can knock a blocker back with his initial pop. Holds the point consistently against double teams. Has flashed pass rush potential hitting gaps but he’s more a collapse the pocket pass rusher using a bull rush to create pressure. While solid holding the point, occasionally he gets upright at the snap and stalemated and moved. Needs to develop pass rush technique to bring out what looks to be solid potential in that area. Has potential to be the big interior defender teams covet.

2. Orange, Domonique

Iowa State - 6040 / 325

Two year starter, Kansas City, MO. Honorable mention All-Big 12 in 2023 and 2024. Ideal size for a nose tackle with a big thick frame. Primarily a 0 technique but also 1 and a 3. Quick at the snap, he can be explosive attacking blocks and can penetrate gaps on slant moves. Plays with a hot motor and keeps working to get off blocks. Shows second effort and will pursue out to the perimeter. Consistently holds the point against single blocks and double teams. Gets off blocks with a powerful punch along with running his feet to get ball side leverage. As a pass rusher uses a bull rush and flashes hand swipes to get free. Could use more technique in the pass rush as he tends to get upright trying to run a move. Needs to focus on pad level more in the pass rush as he is too easily stalemated at this point. Should make a solid interior pro in a 3-4.

3. Banks, Caleb

Florida - 6060 / 329

Three year starter, Detroit, MI. Transferred from Louisville after the 2022 season. Long, powerful player with versatility to play all along the defensive front. Shows first step quickness and ability to penetrate a gap and disrupt blocking schemes. Powerful holding the point he handles double teams and is rarely moved out. Keeps his feet moving. Solid ability to get off blocks both against the run and rushing the passer. Shows a quick arm over and a violent club move with the ability to stack moves to get free. Plays with a hot motor and just keeps coming. As a pass rusher he uses a bull rush and push pull as part of his arsenal and combines that with his club move. Frequently uses a gap move as part of the Gators' defense. His pursuit is limited to inline as he lacks sustained speed. Occasionally gets upright on blocks and gets in a stalemate battle. Has the tools to be a solid NFL interior player.

4. Miller, Christen*

Georgia - 6040 / 310

Two year starter, Ellenwood, GA. Preseason All-SEC first team in 2025. Solid frame and length to go with athletic ability for the interior. Had a slow start to 2025 coming off 2024 end of season shoulder surgery. Shows snap quickness to go with explosive hands when attacking blocks. Long arms allow him to quickly separate and get off blocks. Plays with knee bend and can redirect off a block to make a play inline. Adept at hitting gaps on stunts and disrupting in the backfield. Generally locates the ball well after coming off a block. Holds the point and rarely gets moved out. At times after a powerful initial pop he stops his feet and is stalemated. As a pass rusher is more of a collapse the pocket player then a guy who consistently gets to the quarterback. Could use more technique in that area. Has not been a factor yet in 2025. As a guy who played behind some great players, he’s still developing but has a chance to be a solid pro.

5. Blay Jr., David

Miami - 6040 / 303

Three year starter, Leavittown, PA. First team All-Conference USA at Louisiana Tech in 2024. Has been a starter at three different schools starting at Division II West Chester in 2022 as a redshirt freshman. Transferred to Louisiana Tech in 2023 and Miami in 2025. Solid frame for the interior with experience on the nose as a 0 and 1 along with 3 and 2 technique reps. Quick at the snap he shows power engaging and shooting his hands into blockers. Plays at a low pad level and is very tough to block one on one. Gets ball side leverage and can stack and shed blocks to make plays on the line. Flashes a quick get off and has flashed ability to split double teams and disrupt combo blocks. Has been a factor allowing linebackers to flow to the ball. He gets penetration on slant moves which is part of the Miami scheme. Flashes pass rush skill on gap moves but has not been a factor yet at Miami like he was at Louisiana Tech.
