LSU | Hometown: Plantation, FL | HT: 6052 | WT: 246 | 40 time: 4.68 | Hand: 1000 | Arm: 3214 | Wing: 7900

Junior entry. Three year starter. Third team All-SEC in 2024. Son of NFL Hall of Famer Jason Taylor and nephew of NFL Hall of Famer Zach Thomas. Has a great frame for a tight end at the next level. Had a very productive career at LSU, hauling in 129 passes in three seasons. Catches the ball in his soft hands, out in front of him. Uses his length to go down and stretch for the ball. Athletic enough to catch “bad” balls thrown behind him, while running in the opposite direction. Phenomenal catch radius. Has shown good yards after catch production with a knack for big plays. Has the speed to take the top off the defense. Will make the over the shoulder catch in traffic. Has the foot speed to wall off the defender on outside zone blocks. While blocking, his aiming point is a little high. Can get overpowered at the point of attack. Needs to power through on some of his routes. Lacks consistency running routes and will round off some breaks that require sharp cuts. Does not have much experience as an attached tight end, needs to work on gaining ground as a run blocker. Needs work on hand placement and continue to develop his “tool box” as a complete tight end. Needs to develop overall as a blocker in particular hand placement and leg drive. In the right situation, he can be a day one help with his productivity at the next level.

2024 Stats: 55-546, 9.9 ypr, 2 TD. Draft projection: 1st/2nd round
