Junior entry, one year starter. In 2024, he took over as the starting right tackle. He’s a formidable sized player with imposing height, mass and length. Very steady and consistent. Well-schooled in all areas of the game. Has an aggressive attitude of mixing it up in the trenches. Solid drive blocker who loves to finish with the defender on his back. Understands the correct angles to get to the linebacker’s level. Plays a little high when down blocking, but makes up for it with strength.When hip to hip with the guard, people are moved out. Could possibly be a guard at the next level with his ability to play firm at the point of attack and with the way he sinks in. Very consistent in his pass sets. Steers the defensive end up the field. Has a good football IQ, picks up the line stunts and twists. His career appears to be on an upward rise. Seems to get fatigued as the game wears on. Gets lazy at times and reaches out for defensive linemen as they cross his face. Inexperience against elite pass rushers will be a minus. Has problems with inside counters. Needs to continue to work on his flexibility and being able to sink and drive his feet to get consistent movement on the defensive line. As a one year starter he’s inexperienced, but the upside is there. He could be a mid to late round draft pick.
