Ourlads' Profile:
2025 Guide: What Ourlads’ NFL Scouting Services said about CHASE LUNDT:
Connecticut | Hometown: Arlington, TX | HT: 6074 | WT: 303 | 40 time: 5.40 | Hand: 0958 | Arm: 3278 | Wing: 7814
Four year starter. The sixth-year senior has started 36 games at right tackle. A hustler, who stays after his man. Good footwork, when he “locks on” his feet are always moving. As he continues to develop, he will become less of a finesse player. Keeps his pad level low on run blocking. Good quickness on outside stretch play. Uses his long reach when he clamps on. Sound technician in both run and pass blocking. Appears to have gained quality weight prior to the 2024 season. Has good inside overall strength. Good feet allow him to chip up to the next level. Keeps his feet moving through contact. A disciplined player, he is an excellent tackle in the zone running game. Works hard to get the outside shoulder of the defensive end. Long reach proves very beneficial in pass protection. Sometimes sinks a little deep in pass pro, occasionally will give up the edge, hands are sometimes a bit wide on the frame of defender. Needs to continue to work lateral quickness. Needs to strengthen up against the inside rush. A bit more strong weight will not hurt him at the next level. A team who runs a zone scheme will be intrigued by Lundt. Shorter than ideal arms could project him to guard. He could be a solid third day selection. BP-20.
