Junior entry, two year starter. First team All-Big 10 in 2023 and 2024. Second team All-America in 2023 and first team All-America last fall. Has played all along the Michigan front from 0 to 3 technique with some 4i and 5 technique as well. Plays with an incredibly hot motor and is relentless with consistent second effort. Massive and powerful, he's a former wrestler and plays with excellent balance attacking blocks. Very difficult to block, he has a quick first step and hands. Solid stack and shed in spite of less than ideal length. Adept at defeating blocks inline. Sudden and powerful with his hands, getting them inside the blocker’s frame creating separation. Sheds on the move without losing his path to the ball. Gets ball side leverage in a hurry with excellent lateral movement. Takes the shortest path to the ball and can make plays from inside to the alley. Can chase across the field and never stops hustling. Has made plays downfield by refusing to stop. Normally plays with knee bend and maintains leverage for the most part. As a pass rusher, shows a violent push pull into a move including arm under and over to escape. Can knock a blocker back with a bull rush. Lack of length shows up at times as athletic long-armed blockers can stun him upright, creating some delay escaping a block. At times his hands drift away from the target as his eagerness to escape and make a play takes over. He will get upright at times looking to make a play before defeating the block. Lacks ideal bend and flex to consistently work around a block in the pass rush. He often needs to stack moves to be successful. Graham has what teams are looking for in an interior defender and fits at the top of the class.
